• You also agree that all Information is provided on an "as is" basis without any warranty, representation or condition of any kind, whether express, implied, statutory or otherwise. You are liable and responsible for your risk for your use of or reliance upon the Information and the Site or any other material accessed through the Site, including via any Linked Web Site.
• That Havelock Island Beach Resort tries to ensure that the Information is reliable and accurate still, error(s) and omission(s) may occur to the extent permitted by law. Therefore, Havelock Island Beach Resort does not make or give any representation or warranty (express or implied) in any manner whatsoever of any kind in return to any matter relating to the Site and any Linked Web Site, including, without limitation, as to merchantability, non-infringement of intellectual property rights or fitness for purpose etc.
• Havelock Island Beach Resort is not liable for any loss (direct or indirect) resulting from any action taken or reliance made by you on the Information or any other material accessed through the Site, including via any Linked Web Site. You should make your inquiries and seek independent professional advice before acting or relying on any such information or material available on the Site, including via any linked website.
• Havelock Island Beach Resort may, from time to time, update, modify ad,d or delete the Information, including these Terms & Conditions and absolutely reserves the right to make such changes without any obligation to notify past, current or prospective users of the Site. Unless otherwise specified to the contrary, all new Information shall be subject to the Terms & Conditions.
The Site is for your personal use, and you may download or print the Information solely for that purpose. This right to use the Information is a license only, not a transfer of title, and is subject to the restrictions as under: -

These trade and service marks and related intellectual property are protected from copying and simulation under national and international laws and are not to be reproduced or copied without the expressed prior written consent of Havelock Island Beach Resort. Please do not use any of the said trade or service marks in a manner that disparages Havelock Island Beach Resort or its Information, products or services (including this Site).
That under any circumstance or event, Havelock Island Beach Resort shall not be responsible for any direct, indirect, special, incidental or consequential loss or damage, however arising and whether in contract, tort or otherwise or in any manner whatsoever which you may suffer in connection with or arising out of:
• Your use of the Site or any Linked Web Site
• Your use or reliance on Information or any other material accessed through the Site, including via any Linked Web Site, including without limitation, loss or damage by way of loss of profits, loss of business opportunity, business interruption or loss of Information.
• Havelock Island Beach Resort does not guarantee or warrant that any material available for downloading from the Site or any Linked Web Site will be free from any virus, infection or other condition that has contaminating or destructive properties. You are liable for taking sufficient precautions, safety, and checks to satisfy your particular requirements for the accuracy of data input and output.
• You must ensure that any information that you provide to Havelock Island Beach Resort is accurate and complete and does not contain any virus, malicious computer code, computer program routine process or other form of interference that may damage the computer system of Havelock Island Beach Resort or the Information or which may detrimentally interfere with or surreptitiously intercept or expropriate any Havelock Island Beach Resort system, data or Information.
• The Site may contain links to other websites ("Linked Web Sites"). Those links are provided for convenience only and may not remain current or be maintained.
• You agree that Havelock Island Beach Resort does not have any control over the content or availability of Linked Web Sites and does not agree to any responsibility for the content, privacy practices or any other aspect of Linked Web Sites.
• Links with Linked Web Sites should not be construed as an endorsement, approval or recommendation by Havelock Island Beach Resort as the owner or operator of those Linked Web Sites or of any information, graphics, materials, products or services referred to or contained on those Linked Web Sites only, unless to the extent expressly stipulated to the contrary.
• The reservations feature of the Site is provided solely to assist customers in checking the availability of travel-related services and products and to make legitimate reservations for no other purpose. Further, you are legally entitled to enter into any approval and are capable of bearing the financial burden of any agreement.
• For any reservations or other services for which fees may be charged, you agree to abide by the terms or conditions of supply, including, without limitation, payment of all money due under such terms or conditions.
• The Site contains details of hotel charges and room rates (including any available special offers) for hotels and resorts owned or managed by Havelock Island Beach Resort.
• Hotel reservation terms and conditions for bookings and cancellations are set out on the Site, and payment will be in accordance with the procedure set out in such terms and conditions.
• No contract will subsist unless and until Havelock Island Beach Resort accepts your order by email or automated confirmation through the Site confirming that it has accepted your reservation, booking, or order. Any such contract shall be deemed to incorporate the hotel reservation terms and conditions of booking.
• You undertake that all details you provide in connection to any services or products that Havelock Island Beach Resort may offer on the Site (including hotel room reservations) will be correct and, where applicable, the credit card which you use is your own and that there are sufficient funds to cover the cost of any services or products which you wish to purchase. Havelock Island Beach Resort reserves the right to obtain validation of your credit card details before providing you with any services or products.
• The booking amount shall be accepted only by Credit/Debit Card issued in the name of the guest who intends to stay at the hotel. The use of a third party (other than the guest) credit/debit card to make a booking/payment online is not accepted. The hotel will not honour the booking if it is found that a third-party credit/debit card has been used to book/make payments online.
1. Blocking will be held provisionally up to a pre-specified Cut-off date, after which it will be released.
2. Bookings will be confirmed only after 100% payment in advance.
3. Failure to make the full payment by the specified time may result in the Cancellation of the Booking and forfeiture of the advance payment.
4. Tariff subject to change without prior intimation.
5. If there are any hikes in Government taxes, they will be charged accordingly over and above the Room rates/ meals.
Room Occupancy Policy:
1. A maximum of 03 Adults with 1 Child or 2 Adults with two children (under 12 yrs) are allowed in a room on an extra payment basis. ( This is applicable to Deluxe Cottage, Suite Sea Facing Cottage, and Luxury Suite Sea Facing Cottage .)
2. Maximum four adults with two children or 5 adults with one child (Below 12 yrs) are allowed in a family room on an extra payment basis. ( Applicable for Family Suite Cottage Garden Facing ).
3. Guests, infants, and children are required to submit the following copies of the documents by email or WhatsApp before check-in in any of our emails and resorts. They must also carry a hard copy along.
4. For Resident Indians: Valid Government-Approved Individual Photo ID proofs with addresses: Passport, Driving License, Voter ID card, Aadhaar Card, etc. A PAN card is NOT a valid address proof and will not be accepted.
5. For Foreigners and Non-Resident Indians, PIO and OCI Card Holders: Valid Passport, Visa, OCI/PIO card.
6. Guests travelling on non-Indian passports, PIO, and OCI Cards must follow all the guidelines given by the Ministry of Home Affairs, which are updated periodically. Guests are advised to check the updated guidelines on the website https://www.mha.gov.in/before travelling. Havelock Island Beach Resort will not be held liable for any loss/damage arising out of the change in guidelines.
7. Citizens of China, Afghanistan, Pakistan, and foreign nationals with origins from the above-mentioned countries are required to obtain prior approval from the Ministry of Home Affairs to visit the Andaman & Nicobar Islands.
INFANT & CHILD POLICY
• Children under five will be complimentary on the adult meal plan without any extra mattress, but they will be charged for the government ferry, Makruzz, Nautika, Coastal Cruise, and Green Ocean.
• If a child takes a mattress, extra adult rates will be applicable. A child under 12 is treated as an Adult.
• Children between 5 and 11 years old are charged with/without an extra mattress.
• If a Child is 5 Years 1 day then it counts as chargeable.
CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT TIMINGS
• Check-In Time: 11:00 hrs. Check-Out Time: 08:30 hrs.
• Early Check-In and late Check-Out is a maximum of 2 hours and is subject to availability.
• Guaranteed early Check-In or late Check-Out will be charged one night's room rate.
• If cancelled from 7 days to 20 days before the check-in date, 50% of the booking amount will be charged.
• If cancelled from 20 days to 30 days before the check-in date, 25% of the booking amount will be charged.
• If cancelled 30 days or more before the check-in date, 10% of the booking amount will be charged.
• No refund for cancellation was received for bookings from 15th Dec to 15th Jan.
• No refunds are available for unused nights or early check-out.
1. Guests are encouraged to take travel insurance as flights/ferry schedules are subject to weather and sea conditions.
2. Refunds will be allowed only as per our cancellation policy. Refunds for cancellation, No-show, early check-out, or unused nights due to disruption, flight, or ferry cancellation due to technical, weather, or sea conditions will not be entertained.
3. Kindly book your ferry tickets beforehand. To book your ferry tickets for Port Blair, Havelock and Neil Islands, please get in touch with us at contact@havelockislandbeachresort.com
4. The operator may change ferry schedules. Please reconfirm the current schedule with your ferry operator.
5. Havelock Island Beach Resort shall not be held liable for any changes in booking, cancellations, or any resulting loss or damage arising from events, occurrences, or causes that are beyond the control of Havelock Island Beach Resort. Such events, occurrences, or causes encompass but are not limited to acts of God, terrorism or threats of terrorism, civil unrest, strikes, lockouts, server and network failures, riots, acts of war, cyclones, tsunamis, earthquakes, adverse weather conditions, other natural disasters, disease or medical epidemics, outbreaks, disruptions in transportation facilities, alterations or cancellations of ferry/flight schedules, modifications in travel advisories issued by competent authorities, fire, and explosions.
Havelock Island Beach Resort does not warrant and cannot ensure the security or confidentiality of any information that you transmit to Havelock Island Beach Resort. Accordingly, any information that you transmit to Havelock Island Beach Resort is transmitted at your own risk.
TERMINATION OF ACCESS
• If you breach any of these Terms & Conditions, your license to use the Site will terminate immediately without the necessity of any notice being given to you.
• Otherwise, access to the Site may also be terminated at any point in time by Havelock Island Beach Resort without notice or for any reason.
• The provisions of these Terms & Conditions excluding, limiting and disclaiming the liability of Havelock Island Beach Resort will nevertheless survive any such termination.
GENERAL
• Havelock Island Beach Resort does not accept any liability for any failure in compliance with these Terms & Conditions where such failure is due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
• If Havelock Island Beach Resort waives any rights available to it under these Terms & Conditions on one occasion, this does not mean that those rights will automatically be waived on any other occasion.
• If any of these Conditions are invalid, unenforceable or illegal for any reason, the remaining Conditions shall nevertheless continue in full force.
• You are entirely responsible for all charges, fees, duties, taxes and assessments arising out of the use of the Site.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws in force in India, and you agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of India, New Delhi.
